I was given Santander Consumer USA through the dealership Nissan in Marlow Height, MD. They made my credit worse and did things in which I was not informed and I should have been informed to say yes or no.

I paid to the principle several times, $100 each time and it was never reflected on my payment. The dealership never gave me my sales papers.

When I called Santander to inform them that I had paid to the principle several times and it was not reflected.

They sent me an extra bill for over $300 and now they are marking it as a late payment because I wont pay it and it is dropping my credit score. I'm going to keep complaining until something is done.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
