This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was a new customer, kicked over to them by my old bank, Alphera.
Could not log in to the Santander web site, so called the Santander number to make a free payment via their automatic processing. Put in all info and was told by the robo-voice that the payment couldn't be made. Got sent to customer service -- Shareece in Barbados -- who flat out refused to assist me. She said I could pay over the phone with her if I paid a surcharge (i.e., pay them to give them money).
Otherwise, I could go back to either the web site or the phone processing.
Well done, Shareece! I'll be paying my debt in full in a few days and hope I never have to deal with you or your shady company ever again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
