INTERTEST CHARGES OF 17% AND above

I purchased a vehicle here in Connecticut over 2 years ago. The cost of the car was $16,000.00, and I gave the dealership located on the Post Road in Milford, CT a $10,000.00 cashier's check leaving me with a balance of $6,000.00, and that was the amount that I thought that I was receiving from Santander Consumer, USA as a loan, and I don't understand how these folks are still claiming that I owe them almost $10,000.00. Does anyone know of a good attorney so, that WE can start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these folks?

Something is seriously wrong with my account

I have made multiple double payments, and they are still saying I'm behind when I should be ahead they refuse to help me i cant stand this company

Lien release

I have been trying to get my lien release letter for over a year now. They said its been sent out multiple times, but nothing has arrived. So I have an extra car just sitting in my driveway with plates and insurance (cant have an unregistered car in your driveway where I live) that I cant sell because no one wants a car with a lien on the title. Especially from Santander !

Lousy service. I want to talk to a human being. The lien on my title is released, and I want the title I was told would be forthcoming, and I don't want to pay a dollar, nor a cent, to get data that's MINE! On 3/8. I make a payment for 282.18 the fallowing day. 3/9 by mistake, I make another payment for 278.43. When I realized I pay two times for the same month, I call and request one of the 2 payments to be canceled, jotting has been doing about, is any way someone HELP with this ??? I need my money back, what can I do ?? Thank you for you assistance and Ill be waiting for a respond ASAP .

This car cost more to keep it then to pay for it.

Put $1590 in maintenance in this car in 2021, got behind your company didn't help solve anything. Now $300 for a water pump, the air still not fixed. I'm really set in buying a car off the streets.

Santander used to be a good company to deal with , then they started hiring bottom of the pit employees.. Awful women to talk to. Smart Alec’s and even laugh at you. They became very incompetent.. P.

Awful customer service and people with big huge chips on their shoulders.. you rated at a 0 and they cannot for the life of them correctly listen and type it into computer. Its always wrong information

Can't get through been trying all day to reach the reinstatement department

I made an agreement to pay my reinstatement fee ,but couldnt get through ,I did get in touch with a different department that set me up with the automated service been very hectic

Lemon on loaned vehicle I pay for

I purchased a car with a loan through this bank and make my payments each month religiously for a vehicle I have not been using and that is not drivable went to dealership and they are unable to help me unless I have over $5000. I'm to the point where I can lose everything my job my children's childcare just reaching out for help. If nothing is done I will file a lawsuit against courtesy Nissan this isn't right .

Have not been able to obtain title for four years

The worst customer service I have ever work with, no people skills and know one has answers. I have been attempting to get my title for my vehicle for four years and have been told that the information was being sent and to this day I have received nothing. When I call back I get the same reception each time, if the company is this pitiful with its customer service then I sincerely hope that you go bankrupt.
