Santander Consumer Usa - Horrible customer service.

I contact Santander consumer to make a payment and al I wanted was to get directed to the automatic payment over the phone... The representative was really rude and would not stop asking what was it in regards when I was clearly telling him to make a payment so I will be free from charge. He kept being rude and he was being really sarcastic. Horible customer service!
