All we are trying to do is get a letter from you stating from you that my mothers account has been zeroed out and owes nothing. when someone owes you money they get a letter and phone calls *** near daily, but when something has been cleared you drag your ***, we get told conflicting information, get transfered from one person to another all to get told its still in process!!!
